Back to Posting

Sorry for the hiatus. One of the tough things about blogging is that I have knowledge of a lot of political scoops but I do not believe in anonymous postings and I have confidences to protect. I did attend the State Fair but did not get to talk to Cross or Savaiano about SB600. I did talk to Dallas Ingemunson at the Kendall County GOP picnic last Saturday. He said that it is dead in the House and should be dead in the House. Dallas said that if voters elected their own State Central Committeemen, as they did in the past, we would end up with "kooks."

That's what they end up with now, so what would be the difference?

It seems SB600 isn't going anywhere. Consequently, would it make sense for those who wish change in the GOP central committee to focus on the existing election process and to line up some good candidates who can attract support from chairman and committeemen?
